Nutrition that works
Different foods, same results.
Did You Know? Because your body doesn't store protein the way it stores fats or carbohydrates, you need a fresh supply of proteins every day to support its ongoing functions.
Why protein matters
Protein is essential for building muscle and maintaining strength in bones, skin, and hair. Protein also promotes satiety and helps manage weight by keeping you full longer and reducing hunger hormones.
Your daily goal
Most adults need about 1.2g of protein per kg of body weight each day — more if you're active. One pouch delivers 21g, a solid step toward hitting that daily target.
Feels good, digests better
7g fibre, working quietly.
Prebiotic serves as fuel for the beneficial bacteria in your gut. A thriving microbiome is linked to better immunity, reduced inflammation, and even improved mood.
Why fibre matters
Fibre promotes digestive health and regulates blood sugar levels, reducing the risk of type 2 diabetes and aiding in weight management.
Your daily goal
Most adults need 25–35g of fibre a day. One pouch gets you a meaningful step closer — without the bloat.

How do you ensure the best quality?
Our protein shakes are manufactured in a facility certified to HACCP and FSSC 22000 standards — two of the most rigorous food safety certifications in the world. This means every batch is produced under strict controls, from raw ingredient sourcing all the way through to final packaging.
But we don't stop there. Every shipment we receive is independently verified through third-party laboratory testing for microbiological safety and heavy metal compliance.
Clean ingredients. Certified manufacturing. Independent verification. That's the OFY,OFT standard.
