Born in South Korea and raised in Vancouver, Jessica spent nearly a decade as a Public Health Inspector in beautiful British Columbia, Canada— building an expert eye for what's really inside the products people consume every day.
As a working mother of two, she felt the gap firsthand: protein shakes that were convenient, or clean, or tasty — but never all three. So in 2025, she built OFY,OFT from the ground up, with the science to back every ingredient and the lived experience to know what busy lives actually need.
At its core, OFY,OFT is driven by a profound purpose: sharing. Every shake is a testament to the belief that health and hope can be shared, one cup at a time.
